At LEMMEFLEXACTIVE, we currently ship Australia-wide only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing times may be longer during high demand periods such as product launches, sales, holidays and unexpected courier delays.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200.
Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days, depending on your location.
Standard shipping (5-12 business days) - $10
Express shipping (2 -5 business days) - $25

Metro areas typically receive orders sooner than regional areas or remote locations

Delays caused by the courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking
All LEMMEFLEX orders come with tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
If you have not received tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. LEMMEFLEXACTIVE is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@lemmeflexactive.com.au. While we do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us support@lemmeflexactive.com.au within 24 hours receiving your order, including:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photo evidence of the item and packaging, where relevant
Items must not be worn, washed, or intentionally damaged. Once the claim has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps, including return details if required.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
