How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on your location and shipping option.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s shipped.

Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

What if I put the wrong address?
Please double-check your details at checkout. Unfortunately, LEMMEFLEXACTIVE can’t take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

All orders are sent with a signature. If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to investigate the issue with the courier.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it, include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photo evidence of the item and packaging, where relevant

Items must be unworn, unwashed, nor intentionally damaged. Once the claim has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps, including return details if required.
